12:0 (up) is ground. Install a jumper wire from the beveled lug (ground) to
the
top lug of the CV IN jack. I bet that does the trick!

Another thing to check is R10 and R11.  If these are not the same size,
that could skew the center point of VR1.  Larry H

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
