The Paia does do polyphonic midi-CV but there is no note stack, so new notes over write old ones even if the keys are still held down. So not much use then. The Design Labs Prologue does poly as well, up to 8 voice, but the S/H's on the DAC output are terrible and audible glides are heard on every note. No polyphonic velocity either. Cheap though at 249UKP, half the price of the Kenton Pro-4. I actually stripped mine down to the circuit board to fit it directly into the case of my 4-voice poly. And altered the S/H. Paul Perry's Frostwave midi-CV does polyphonics as well, but I know very little about this.
