Hi,
I just checked the shipping costs to Europe of 9 pairs of MOTM-19A mounting rails.
The online shop says, the cheapest option is

         Airmail Parcel Post (4 - 10 days)        $112.75

*gulp*

And I don't need the hardware so fast since the cabinets aren't even built.
On top of it, tax and custom fees are calculated including the shipping costs.

I know that metal is heavy, but are there any other options?

A few years ago I bought 6 heavy 100 meter spools of Gotham audio cable from
Switzerland.  It cost about $100 through the regular mail system.  Weight
was close to 60 pounds.  Would have been several hundred dollars through UPS
or Fedex.  I don't know if Airmail Parcel Post is the regular post office,
but it seems like 9 pairs of rails would weigh a lot less than what I
bought, so I don't understand that high shipping cost.  You can go online
and find post office shipping rates.  That's what I did back then.
