One more 102 fpd

One more 102 fpd

I put up another fpd proposal for the 102 "motm-102-sms.fpd" I fooled
with the jack layout to make it (at least to me) more cascade
friendly. (And I switched clock cv for a asr/loop control jack.)

One last idea from me regarding the asr/loop mode. Could the switch
be a three position so we could have 4 step (a -> b -> c -> d -> a)
and 3 step (a -> b -> c -> a) loops?  It seems rhythmically useful to
have both an even and an odd length loop available. You could also
have this functionality on the control input (the jack) using a
positive voltage (a normal gate signal) for the 4 step pattern and a
negative voltage for the 3 step pattern. "zero" volts for ASR mode.
With no jack plugged into the control input the switch takes over.

I like this one better than mine. I had forgotten about the external
LOOP/ASR control jack. That is very useful.
