Mouser is tops IMO, friendly, cheap shipping, but they don't stock
everything.

www.digikey.com
A bit more expensive (especially shipping) but a good complement to Mouser.

www.arrow.com
Often the best chip prices, excellent chip packaging, shipping a bit slow.

www.alliedelec.com
Often expensive but very reliable and friendly.

These are the main ones for me.
