I have a doubt: do I have to fill in all the via holes in MOTM 800? I 
didn't find anything on istructions,

Yes, please fill them in for *every* kit, even if I don't say to in the 
instructions.

I assembled every 800 kit I have, now I guess I have to fill them with 
no clean solder, don't you?
Any problem if I should use it? And if I use no-clean solder for every 
kit, is there any problem?

No-clean is fine for via holes.
