Between the day gig and a few other things, I have not properly updated
information. Sigh...

The spreadsheet apparently has no 5 foot cables on it. Please be aware you
can order cable in any length (even feet) you choose. So, 5 footers are
available. In fact, so are 8 footers, 10 footers, and 30 footers if you
have a need. The prices grow in the 30 cent a foot range.
