An Octave Catstick showed up on eBay; I think there was some discussion of this device a few years ago in this forum.  Nice photos here:

Does anyone have a schematic for this?  Looks like a fun DIY project to clone/improve it.

I haven't seen any schematics.  Remember that the Catstick has 2 LFOs and 4 
VCAs along with the fixed voltages and the spring loaded joystick.

My Catstick has a modification that allows you to precisely set the maximum 
and minimum X and Y ranges without holding the joystick at the max 
levels.  These are four small switches above the joystick.  You can see it

That Catstick on eBay went for an absurd price!  I thought I paid a lot for 
mine but it makes me consider selling it just for the ROI!

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
