I think I wrecked my power supply...

2003-01-20 by matutchiso <hutchshop@hotmail.com>

Hello everyone,

I think I might have fried my power supply. Yesterday I was
plugging a cable out of my mackie mixer and it touched the power
supply as it fell to the floor. Since that point my motm hasn't
been able to power up. I looked at the PC board for the power
supply to see if anything looked odd and I noticed that VW1 and VW2
were missing. Is this normal? Does anyone have any idea what could
have happenned?

Thanks,
-Matt

Hi Matt,
 Have you checked the fuse?

With VW1/VW2 missing, the power supply runs at +/-15 volts. With them installed
it runs at +/-12 volts.
