Paul was slightly wrong, and it's been propogated here a bit: it's 
ConQUEST, not ConCORD USA-1. Conquest is still in business and doing 
fine; in fact their web site is here:

They don't sell to end-users; once upon a time they'd sell to me, but I 
let too much time lapse, and when I went to order they request I 
actually fill out a dealer form. Nah! Maybe somebody on the list could 
set up a "dealership", and we could all get the hookup (ha) for patch 
cables...?
