catching up - Stooge Stuff
2002-10-20 by J. Larry Hendry
I have been quiet on the list here recently. I have been simply covered up at my day gig often working 12 to 16 hour days. This is the busiest season for me at work. Please be aware that your Stooge panels and other products are nearing delivery. Thanks to everyone who has understood and been patient. It has been a trying year. Here is some status: * Panels - on the way to the printer. I sat on them for 3 weeks while I didn't have time to do the quality inspection. * Plain end caps - in stock (including new caps without holes that can be custom drilled to fit ANY rack. :) * Logo caps will be here with panels. They will be custom holes also for any rack fit too. * Flat rails - done at metal shop. Will pick up this week and start inserting the 3000 screws in the holes so they can go to powdercoat. * SKB backs - metal shop dragging feet. Promised 4 weeks ago. I am pond scum compared to their other accounts. Sigh... Then they have to go to powdercoat. * brackets - all sizes in stock and ready to ship. All orders for end caps or brackets pending (not shipping with panels) shipped today. Stooge Larry P.S. Just took delivery this week on 2 more beautiful walnut cabinets from a second wood maker. These however, belong to Paul and will be at the NAMM show. These are made more like the dot com cabinets, but are sized just right for MOTM. 2 row slant plus 2 row straight. I share photos if Paul does not mind.
