Wow, busy! Looks pretty darn good though.
Thank you for nice gate LEDs and ext clock in!
I still would prefer an LED display over the LCD. ;)

It's done deal, parts are ordered :)

BTW: it's a model CFAH0802A-YYB-JP, data here (nice color-correct images of the display):

I LIKES IT!

Hey Paul, There were questions posed about chaining two or more
together. Any ideas if this is possible in the HW/SW?

Looks great but I am one of the ones who bought a Kenton Pro-4 long ago.
Might have to upgrade to the better A/D converter though. Looks great Paul,
not too packed for such a complex module. Should look fantastic in a MOTM
rack/case. Wow,

Thomas White

OK, so we know what the display will be - what kind of push buttons
and MIDI jacks?

Hopefully not those elliptical metal MIDI jacks that always seem to
get used on DIY projects ;)

Ok.. Ok.. I relent.. the LCD looks GREAT!

Can you actually sell this module for $230-$240 and make money?? This is
going to be one AWESOME module. I'm assuming this will *not* be
subscription. I want one anyway!

Hmmm...interesting phrase "..make money." Unclear on the concept :)

I don't have a final price yet. It's less than $300, more than $230.

Are those standard 3mm LEDs in the panel layout? (What I am really
asking is, do I get to replace these with Nichia GaN blue LEDs? :)

I could really use one of these...

"Escape"? I guess I have not seen that one before. Back to the default
display, I presume?

I suggest clear T1 "ultra bright" LEDs as they can be driven with the
least current. "Lo current "types I don't find as useful. PCB mounted, I
would hope!

Very nice, Paul. I'll buy one. And, thanks for keeping it in 2U. I know I
keep harping on the panel space, but heck, not all of us have endless
cabinets! You've packed a lot into the 2U format.
