My opinions:

---- _Are there objection to using pcb mounted 1/4" jacks_

If you think they are of the same quality as the Switchcraft jacks we've
been using, it's fine with me.


---- _would you be willing to pay $20 more for a 2 line x 16char LCD
display_

$20 isn't too much for a superior display. If it went much more than that,
I'd have to do some soul searching. But considering that this is the
synthesizer with the attention on the human interface, then if a better
display helps the experience, I lean in that direction.
