It seems to me that a "set" of precise digital bagpipes would do a pretty 
weak imitation of the analog droning of the not "digitally precise" 
bags/pipes..    right?  Weird concept.. Id love to play with it though, it 
looks simple enough.

It might be something to try sometime if I have time.  But you could check 
out John Mitchell's recording "Bottle Tune" done on the Synth.com synth.  He 
breaks out into a little bit of synthetic bagpipes in the middle of it.  It's 
probably on MP3.com or the Synth.com website or message board.
