Quiet list... I don't know about anyone else (well, ok, we all know that Paul
hasn't slept since some time in the late 80's... I think he's another Thomas
Edison) but my work has been so busy that I haven't had time to think much
about my synth life.

Is it just me or have we gotten computers, the internet, and e-mail only so
that a person can now do the job of two or three people?

Just a thought...

website trouble & quiet list

Looks like my website www.wiseguysynth.com may be down. Well, it has been
a long time since the last outage. And, I guess this is the occasional
price I pay for unlimited space for free.

Anyone requiring documentation until it returns (my webmaster is in Utah
this week base jumping off cliffs) can find everything at the mirror site:
http://larry.retrosynth.com

Thanks again to Cary Roberts for his generous mirror service.

Stooge Larry

P.S. I have been on this list since it was created and I have never seen it
this quiet. What's up out there?

Nah, more correctly, we've gotten computers, the internet, and e-mail so
that *other people can try to make us* do the work of two or three
people. In reality, it doesn't work so well. :D

Having just returned from a 3 week vacation / honeymoon (woo-hoo, I'm a
married spud!), I'm attempting to catch up in other pieces of my life.
Hopefully, music will regain a time slot...
