Moving right along

Moving right along

2001-03-06 by Paul Schreiber

1) Finished the rough pcb layout of the MOTM-101. I should have it off to
the board shop by Wed AM.

2) Decided to set the mixer channel gains a little 'hot'. This is going to
be a compromise: you can always
change it with a different resistor. No, I'm not adding trim pots, jumpers,
panel switches or a FORTRAN
complier.

3) The VCA gets the nod after the mixer. Sigh. It should be out in late
April.

4) VCO kits are out. It will be end of next week until more are kitted up.
Everything else will
be kitted up by this Friday. I am trying to flush as many kit orders out
this week, because next
week it's back to assembled modules. THEN.... the testing/kitting up of the
65 or so '101s on order.
It only has 33 resistors, so it's not like the '320 (gack).

5) The errant 113 jacks are spoken for.

6) I'm also out of size L shirts. More are coming in, as well as a batch of
hats. Everyone needs at least
1 of these.

If you plan to ship anything to me before 3/24, you might include some of
those slick NAMM brochures. I can have them available at AHMW. I am not
taking much besides MOTM this year.

No, it's the other way around. The 100 is changing to the 101.
