1) I will be more than happy to be the patch repository.

2) I have the panels in Corel Draw. I can then go to GIF B/W (smallest file
size)
and you can cut/paste into your favorite paint program to "look like" your
patch.

I like the "floating" module patches in Roland's "The Synthesizer" 2nd
Edition book.
