hello,

i have them here, i had a minor problem not being able to get the correct
wire guage, but:

0.156" four way housing - 588-910 (24awg)
0.156" four way header - 589-068 (24 awg / friction lock straight)
0.156" four way dust cover - 589-019
0.1" four way dust cover - 588-350
0.1" four way header - 588-593 (24awg / friction lock straight) - the bit on
the board
0.1" four way housing - 588-179 (24awg) - the bit on the cable

the 0.1" sizes are used on the earlier Oakley modules, sorry i don't have
any sizes. important - please check when ordering that i've not dropped a
digit here, i'd hate to have you ordering something bizarre
i'd also highly recommend getting some kind of impact tool to assemble
these, a tenner spent is well worth keeping all your fingers intact...
