i don't know where you're at, but here on the west coast, we have 
these magical wonderlands called Fry's, whose wherehouses are big, 
loss leaders are cheap, and sales staff are blissfully 
unintelligent.  but that's where i saw these things and the price tag 
was juuuuust right.  now mind you, that's just two long poles with a 
bottom and a top, but mine's not no top secret lock-down type 
patching....
