I got a bunch of cheap 1/8" to 1/4" cables a while ago, not sure of the brand, they're black and 18" long. Also, I made a few 3' cables. On the more recent Blacet kits I've built, I've just drilled out the holes for the jacks larger and used 1/4", there's generally enough panel space on John's kits for this.
