I also have several I made myself before the, err.... proto-types..... were made. They were unpainted brushed aluminum. Although not as spiffy as the matching paint ones, they were better to me than the open gap. If you have a hack saw, and a drill, you can make your own. Go to Lowes or some similar home improvement type store and you can find "project aluminum is 4 and 8 foot lengths that is the right thickness (0.125" or 1/8") and right width (3/4"). So, all you have to do is cut to length and drill two holes. Granted, it is not official MOTM, but, it looked nice in my rack. It may hold you over.
