I use a Neutrik balanced patch bay. The cheap model. And it grips jacks like no-one's business. I don't think I'll ever have to worry about jacks falling out. You do have to flip cards to change normalization, but once a patch bay is in place, do you really need to change it that much? (Of course, who am I to talk?
