No, you have it right. The 120 has a distinctive sound and rather limited
function (it is only *one* module after all!), and I think it's not for
everyone. Experiment with putting audio in input a and a cv in input b; put
them in cross mode and "dial in" the suboctaves one at a time, then try
different combinations like 1 and 3, 2 and 4, etc. You may be pleasantly
surprised at the bizarre sh*t this module can do!
