After many years of waiting, I have decided to offer PCBs for this, myself: http://www.jhaible.de/interpolating_scanner_and_scanvib/jh_interpolating_scanner_and_scanvib.html It does a linear crossfade over 9 inputs. I still have boards for sale. The downside, of course: It's just blank PCBs, and it's not a very easy project to build, either. JH.
