MOTM

I've finally gotten around to assembling my kit backlog and am working
on the MOTM-850.  When I got to the 2n3904 I noticed that the pins are
offset in the opposite direction than those on the board if I orient the
part according to the silkscreen.

Which is correct?  The silkscreen or the holes?
