Therefore, the part 'glitches' the outputs which you hear as static/pops. c) also, simply applying *pressure* to the knob without fully turning it causes the switch contacts to "bounce" (scrape, actually), which again causes the outputs to pop d) it's not a bug, it's a feature If this is annoying, turn down the audio to the speakers, flip the switch, turn back up. But please: no more emails about 'I need a replacement switch'. Paul S.
