The 650 can do whatever note to 10 Volt mapping you want, it's just a matter of sending it the right tuning data via midi.

The 650 was supposed to ship w/ hz/V as one of the default tunings, however, it hasn't happened yet.  I am still waiting for someone to supply me w/ the data so it can be incorporated into the firmware.

At present, no.  If it's possible w/ the resources available, I could see adding it in the future, because I have at least one hz/V monosynth that I'd like to control w/ the 650.
