As an assembled only customer I'm actually happy that Paul is moving 
in this direction.  I'm one of the guys that have been waiting a 
*long* time for my assembled order to be finished.  I obviously 
haven't placed another order (and won't) until my original order is 
finished.  With all that said, if Pauls plan works out and he can 
get assembled orders out the door in weeks instead of years (my 
case) the quality of product is enough to forgive and get the credit 
card back out.  I would love to have a pair of the 485's :)

As for the AudioEngine.  I think its a grand idea.  There has been 
talk of a "miniwave" type module.  In addition to the Blacet style 
of wavetables I would like to see something in the PPG/Waldorf wave 
style as well.

Also I use Sample and Bit Reduction all the time in my DAW but 
would !!!LOVE!!! to have a module with Voltage Controlled parameters 
of the Sample rate and Bit Depth.  Since this is a digital process 
it seems like an easy thing for an AudioEngine based module.
