Your best option for this may be built in LFOs in MIDI-CV converters such as
the Encore Expressionist or Kenton Pro-Solo.  Analog modular LFOs typically
don't do this.  You can semi-fake it with a pulse to the sync input to an
LFO, hard setting the LFO start cycle.

It would be nice to have something with multiple LFO outputs, all synced to
the one MIDI Beat Clock signal, with selectable waveforms/clock
division-multiple/lag/etc. per output.
