Richard,

I'm not sure how you did that.  Downloaded file says swf extension, but
still loaded in FPE.  

Richard's comes closest to the MOTM standard.  I would put RATE over the
LIMIT pot, it just seems more natural to grab the top knob for the rate.

CYCLE/ASR seems more understandable than CYCLE/CASCADE.

I also liked the jack layout, though I might swap the IN/CLK CV row to top,
and put the CLK IN/CLK OUT row second from top.
