Hi all-- Adam Schabtach's thoughts mirror, to a large extent, my own. I've got a good number of standard MOTM panels, and Stooge panels which match the MOTM standard. I've also got a handful of anodized and engraved panels, and a few that have been DIY painted and labeled (erhm - *fairly* neatly, of course), with letraset or whatever you call those stick-on letters. I've found that as long as the panel looks _generally_ like its neighbors (i.e., black surface, white letters, similar knobs), that the precise nature of the black surface or the lettering doesn't bother me much. I guess I'm not as much of a stickler for consistency! > However, one of two > companies will get those panel jobs: FPE or the Stooges. If the Stooges > offer a product that's competitive with FPE in terms of pricing and > delivery time for one-off panels, I'd rather give you guys the business. Agreed. Additionally, if there were a Stooge service, I'd be more tempted to convert over some of my hand-made panels as well. Frank Vanaman
