That's apparently not the case -- Larry Hendry posted a "WTF?" message
yesterday, and there was a "Me too!" reply today. Alas, no response yet from
Brice.

Let's suppose that you get a refund; the sad thing about that is that
someone else will probably take your place in the queue.

The PSIM is a unique, awesome module. Be sure that you don't cut off your
nose to spite your face. (After all, you've waited this long...)
