I've used all three, and even though custom PCB is in Malaysia, they're still faster and cheaper. Every once in a while I get back a board with problems, but it's usually just one in the batch. Custom PCB does pricing by surface area, not board count. I've ordered parts from digikey & custom pcb on the same day and usually my boards arrive first. --mikes
