They are compatible power supplies. I've been running both my Modcan / Cyndustries A Series and my MOTM / Oakley modules off of the MOTM-900 power supply. For the 3-pin to 4-pin adaptation, you can use Cynthia Webster's Combo Distro card, or her ultra- simple Modcan-to-MOTM power cables.
