I have an alternate idea: They have this stuff at the hardware store called "all thread" It is a long threaded steel rod. You cut them to length with a hack saw. I am 99% certain they come in # 8/32 format. So, get yourself a 3 foot piece of this, cut into 4 equal parts, apply 4 nuts for panel stopper and get 4 wing nuts for the front. Simply screw it into the rack or flat rail and you can attach the module right to it. if you overseas guys cannot find it, I'll be happy to get you some.
