Ken has been keeping us informed of his interesting attempts to 
model bowed string instruments.  His audio files show the 
possibilities, and are strikingly good.

Along those lines, EM has an article in the current issue on page 34 
that details a bowed-string controller.  Very interesting!

Also in that issue is the blurb on the 500 and 600 series with a 
couple of nice pictures.
