Simply purchased at RadioShack. Assuming the number on the side is its part 
number, it is 278-248. It's grey in color and is one of those types that has a 
round finger hole that you stick your finger in and rotate around the cable a 
few times until it cuts through to the depths set for each blade. The blade 
depths are adjusted with hex nuts. I practiced on some scrap cable until I got 
them set just right.
