That's really surprizing actually. I'm the one you're obviously talking about since I "spoke up" on the list, but I did receive a few private emails stating Todd should be held liable for his actions. And if you review the list's emails about the topic, people were pretty pissed off. It's not that I have ANYTHING againt Todd, in fact he is a pretty good customer of mine. The surprise is that you would let someone "get away with it." Imagine if Paul or John, or I took your money then decided to skip out for a long while. What would you say? No biggie? Everyone should be responsible for what the do or don't do. This isn't to single out Todd at all, but if someone takes your money, then doesn't provide the service or product they claimed they would when the money was handed over, when does it end? If it wasn't for a generally decent society based on rules, honor, morals, etc, we'll all just be robbing each other and screwing whomever we could whenever we could. Maybe the "let it slide" attitude is why so many people try and get away with crap. Someone in my neighborhood has been stealing mail and using the info to pay bills electronically. The police, the bank, the credit card companies, AND the person who's had their mail stolen ALL know who is doing it. (A female by the way if you all thought only men do crap like that.) No one is willing to do anything about it! The police won't do crap unless someone files charges; the bank doesn't care if it's under a certain amount; the homeowner who was hit has "protection" for the most part so they want to just forget about it. Anyway I've digressed enough.
