Switchcraft Y Cables (was Re: Stackable 1/4" Plugs?)

2002-02-02 by sucrosemusic

The hosa stuff is *ok,* but it's not great. They cetainly have what
we're looking for, but the cable is not very thick, and the jacks and
plugs are mediocre. I'm fairly certain that Switchcraft makes inline
jacks. We could probably make a batch of these cables fairly
easily. If you guys are OK with "Horizon" cables, I know they do
custom orders all the time, we could make a batch of 2 fem - 1 male,
6" (or even less) cables.

The shortcoming here is that my recollection of the ends is that
they're pretty large, for the heavier gague stuff, but I do recall
one that's not much larger than the regular switchcraft plugs.

(I work for a Horizon dealer, so if you folks want, I can find out
what retail on those cables would be, but don't feel that I should
sell them to you. I feel it's a conflict of interests to bring my
personal life to work.)
