provide VC Rate.  Add a flywheel and it's now ultra stable.

Not with MOTM !!  You bet be grilling something like 
a nice Johnsonville braut.

Hot dogs would be for the Doepfler 1U grill.  Trouble is it will 
cook uneven and leave you wishing you had just boiled it.
