I'm thinking that the 320 may be useful (by which I mean stable) as a drone 
oscillator, since I seem to remember someone on the DIY list saying the 
matched pair was to keep the scale accurate, but the pitch would be stable 
regardless.

But I do like your question, since it implies that while we all look forward 
to a module Paul calls "great," many of us will still beg him to release 
modules that he can't get to work "properly."
