Hi John -

Yes, the left over little holes are via holes.  It's usually best to 
do them with no-clean solder if all the parts have been soldered in.  
You shouldn't wash the board after some components have been put in.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
