MOTM-120 kit question

Hi List,

Does anyone that has built the MOTM-120 kit know if the small holes on the
PCB are Via holes?  I have only built the MOTM-410 which had some and these
look similar. I'm just not seeing anything about them in the instructions.
Would this be a job for the organic flux solder?

Any help is appreciated!
