I am planning to order flat rails on Monday from the metal shop.  Based on
the time they are quoting for metal work and the estimated time at the paint
shop, I expect to have the finsihed product in my hands and ready to take
orders around July 1.  Since, I will have the rails prior to making them
available for sale, shipment will be within a day or two of orders.

These things are expensive to make, and I will not be ordering thousands of
them.  I plan to order enough for those who indicated in mail their interest
to me and for myself, and about 100-200 extra for stock.

Thanks to everyone who took time to drop me a note to express their
approximate interest.  I saved all your mail and will make sure the order is
large enough for everyone who expressed interest.

If you think you might be interested in the 6U flat rails and you have not
told me so, please do so ASAP.  I am not asking for an order or commitment.
I just want to be SURE, I get enough for everyone.  The minimum to go back
and get more is 150 pieces.
