Milter-greylist

Hi,

do I have to restart milter-greylist if I update [1] the GeoIP database 
automatically?

I suspect you do. We call GeoIP_open() at config file parse time, hence
you need to re-parse to open a new database. This can be done by a restart,
or by a config file change: just a touch greylist.conf may be enough.
