As I said in my previous mail that there is no way to
know in advance WHICH servers may have problem until
my users have lost many mails and report to me.

How can you know "those" servers?

I am still not clear if I need to ask my users to do
anything.  Nothing?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
