don´t compile in Centos 5.6 with bind97

dnsrbl.c:205: undefined reference to `__ns_initparse'
dnsrbl.c:211: undefined reference to `__ns_parserr'


./configure --enable-postfix --enable-dnsrbl --with-user=postfix --with-libbind=/usr --enable-spamassassin
