I've been running milter-greylist with libspf2 on CentOS 4.x since long. I 
did not use libspf2 rpms, I built them. There is a bug in the libspf2 
source/make/whatever. You have to symlink or copy a file, you'll see what 
to do when you encounter the linker error. Try that way.
