Right, I encountered also some problems to get libsp2 working, too
(depending on the actual platform). Some RPM provider offers SPEC files
and patches, to get plain libspf2 to work (maybe you want give
http://jk.kom.tuwien.ac.at/Software/milter-greylist/ a try for some
information about this). However, it seems to exist an unwritten law
considering the libspf2 testsuite as unusable and "don't touch".

With the above mentioned patches libspf2 seems to be fairly stable, but
I must confess, I don't have to many comparisions to other SPF
implementations.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
