I've had bad experience with that library.  If I recall correctly, it isn't the
next generation of libspf.  Instead it's a knock-off and an unfortunate name
choice.  Besides, after building, it can't pass it's own tests.

The docs for milter-greylist still refer to the original libspf, with which I've
had success.
